Services
Sea Dragon Pool Crew provides professional residential pool maintenance and related services, including but not limited to:
Service availability is subject to location and scheduling.
Service Area
We currently provide services throughout Pasco County and portions of Hillsborough County and Polk County. As we continue to grow, our service area may expand.
If you are unsure whether we service your area, please contact us before scheduling service or placing an order.
Estimates
All estimates are provided based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
Final pricing may vary depending on factors including, but not limited to:
A valid email address is required to receive detailed estimates and service communications.
Scheduling
Weekly pool maintenance is scheduled on the same service day each week whenever possible.
Customers may request a different service day, and we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate those requests based on availability.
If a scheduled service falls on a holiday, the service day may be adjusted.
Pool Access
Customers are not required to be home during service.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to the pool, including any gate codes or special instructions needed to enter the property.
If our technician cannot access the pool due to locked gates, inaccessible areas, or missing access information, existing customers may reschedule one service during that service week, subject to availability.
If access cannot be provided after one rescheduled attempt during the same week, that week's service will be canceled without refund.
Pet Policy
We are pet friendly.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that pets do not pose a safety risk to our technicians.
Sea Dragon Pool Crew reserves the right to postpone or cancel service if unsafe conditions exist due to unsecured or aggressive animals.
Weather Policy
The safety of our technicians is our highest priority.
If thunderstorms, lightning, or heavy rain are present when our technician arrives, physical cleaning services may be suspended for safety reasons.
When weather prevents full service, chemical-only service will be performed whenever possible to help maintain proper water chemistry.
Regular cleaning services will resume during the next scheduled visit unless otherwise arranged.
Service Documentation
Sea Dragon Pool Crew utilizes the Skimmer service platform to document completed services.
Following each completed service, customers will receive:
These records serve as documentation that services were completed and assist with quality control and customer communication.
Equipment Observations
Our technicians routinely monitor visible pool equipment while servicing your pool.
If we observe visible issues such as:

Sea Dragon Pool Crew does not currently provide equipment repair services unless otherwise stated.
Monthly Billing & Payments
Pool maintenance services are prepaid on a monthly basis.
Payment for each month's service is due by the 20th of the previous month.
Example: Payment for July service is due by June 20th.
Invoices not paid by the due date will incur a $10.00 late fee.
If payment has not been received by 11:59 PM on the final day of the previous month, recurring service will automatically be canceled.
We accept secure online payments using all major credit and debit cards.
Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel recurring service at any time.
Because pool service is prepaid monthly, refunds are not provided for canceled services.
Service will continue through the end of the prepaid billing period.
Although not required, we kindly request 30 days' notice whenever possible.
Delivery Policy
Sea Dragon Pool Crew offers local delivery throughout portions of Pasco, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties.
Delivery Fees
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available Monday through Friday for a $14.99 delivery fee.
Orders must be placed by 1:00 PM to qualify.
Same-day delivery is not available on weekends.
Customers may request delivery even if they are not home.
Orders may be left at the customer's designated delivery location. Photo confirmation of delivery will be provided.
Responsibility for the order transfers to the customer once delivery has been completed at the designated location.
Chlorine Refill Policy
Chlorine refills are available only for refillable chlorine jugs originally purchased from Sea Dragon Pool Crew.
Customers must purchase one refillable jug for each refill they intend to purchase.
This policy applies to each individual jug.
Customer-supplied containers will not be refilled.
Customers exchange their empty Sea Dragon Pool Crew refill jug for a full jug during each refill.
If a refill jug is lost, a new refill jug must be purchased.
Damaged Sea Dragon Pool Crew refill jugs will be replaced at no additional charge when purchasing a refill, regardless of the cause of the damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of pool chemicals, all chemical sales are final.
Returns are not accepted.
Exchanges are permitted only if:
Customers exchanging for a higher-priced product are responsible for paying the price difference.
Customers exchanging for a lower-priced product will receive a refund of the price difference.
If Sea Dragon Pool Crew delivers the incorrect product, we will replace it at no additional cost. The incorrect product must be returned.
Products damaged during delivery, including leaking chlorine containers, will be replaced at no additional charge.
Website Orders
Sea Dragon Pool Crew reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, the order will be canceled, a full refund will be issued, and the customer will be notified of the reason for the cancellation.
Prices, products, promotions, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
Discounts
Sea Dragon Pool Crew proudly offers a 5% discount on eligible retail products for military members, first responders, teachers, and seniors.
Discounts apply to products only and do not apply to recurring pool maintenance services.
Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Limitation of Liability
Sea Dragon Pool Crew is not responsible for damages or issues resulting from:

Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and other materials, is the property of Sea Dragon Pool Crew and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Changes to These Terms
Sea Dragon Pool Crew reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
